Welcome to Dubai Go Tours! We are dedicated to providing unforgettable travel experiences in Dubai. Please carefully review these Terms and Conditions which govern the booking and participation of all tours offered by Dubai Go Tours.

Booking and Reservations

1. Confirming Your Booking:

To secure your booking, a deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required. During peak periods such as Christmas, New Year, and Easter, a deposit of 50% may be required. The remaining balance must be paid at least two days before the tour begins.

2. Payment Methods:

Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or direct bank transfer. Full payment details and instructions will be provided at the time of booking.

3. Receipt of Payment:

A confirmation of payment and booking will be sent to your provided email once the payment is processed successfully.

Cancellation and Refunds

1. Cancellation by You:

• If you cancel your booking more than 61 days before your arrival, a cancellation fee of 15% of the total tour price will be charged.
• For cancellations made 60-31 days before arrival, 35% of the total tour price will be charged.
• For cancellations made 30-15 days before arrival, 50% of the total tour price will be charged.
• For cancellations made within 14 days of arrival, 100% of the total tour price will be charged.
• Note that airlines and other third-party providers may have their own cancellation fees, which may apply in addition to our charges.

2. Cancellation by Dubai Go Tours:

We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient participants or unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative tour date or similar tour will be offered.

Changes to Bookings

Any changes to the confirmed booking must be made in writing and may incur additional costs which will be communicated and agreed upon before changes are finalized.

Travel Insurance

Dubai Go Tours highly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for cancellation, medical assistance, and luggage loss to ensure peace of mind during your travel.

Liability

Dubai Go Tours is not liable for personal injury, illness, property damage, or other loss or expense arising from accidents, cancellations, delays, or other unforeseen circumstances outside our control.

Special Requests

Any special requests regarding room allocation, dietary concerns, or other issues must be communicated at the time of booking. While we strive to meet all special requests, they cannot be guaranteed.

Documentation

It is the responsibility of each guest to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and other necessary documentation for entry into Dubai and other destinations included in their itinerary.

Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in an orderly and acceptable manner and to respect local customs and regulations. Misconduct may result in termination of the tour services without any refund.
